This policy describes how GL2 collects, uses, and shares information when you visit gl2.net, submit an inquiry, or purchase services.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, organization, email address, inquiry type, message content, and other details you choose to submit.
- Project and transaction information: proposals, agreements, invoices, payment status, support records, and communications related to an engagement.
- Technical information: basic request, device, and security data that may be recorded by hosting infrastructure to operate and protect the website.
How information is used
GL2 uses information to respond to inquiries, evaluate projects, provide contracted services, process and reconcile payments, deliver support, maintain business records, protect systems, comply with legal obligations, and improve the website and services.
Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe. GL2 does not receive or store complete card numbers entered in Stripe-hosted payment interfaces. Stripe processes payment and identity information under its own privacy policy and provides GL2 with transaction details such as payment status, amount, and limited account information.
Service providers
GL2 may share information with providers that perform hosting, contact-form delivery, payment processing, communications, security, accounting, and professional services. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse, Netlify to run its secure submission endpoint, and Brevo to deliver the resulting message to GL2.
Data sales and advertising
GL2 does not sell personal information. This website does not currently use personal information for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, provide services, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate records. GL2 uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual recordkeeping requirements. Submit a privacy request through the contact form and select “Something else.”
Children
GL2 services are intended for businesses and adults. The website is not directed to children under 13, and GL2 does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
GL2 may update this policy to reflect changes in services, vendors, or legal requirements. The updated date will appear at the top of the page. Questions may be submitted through the GL2 contact form.
